Smith Global is also able to assess the safe working loads and safe methods of use of workshop equipment. We can provide rating letters and rating plates that can be fixed to components to provide the operator the assurance of safety. We can also provide clear, concise documentation such as signs, posters and instructions that demonstrate to workshop staff the correct Safe-work methods for using custom equipment.
Examples of Safety certification include rating plates for workshop trestles, forklift booms, lifting lugs, spreader bars, access ramps, ladders & platforms, vehicle loading ramps etc.
